Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between Pandhiweb (JOBTAB), SIRET 821 036 043 00023, Route de Lurin, 97133 Saint-Barthélemy (hereinafter "the Provider") and its clients (hereinafter "the Client") in the provision of real estate website creation and management services.

The Provider offers monthly or annual subscriptions including: • Professional website creation and hosting • Online booking engine • Management tools (CRM, analytics, pricing) • Technical support • Maintenance and updates The features included depend on the subscribed plan (Essential, Professional or Enterprise).

Prices are indicated in euros including tax on the Pricing page. Payment is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) for monthly subscriptions, or by credit card or bank transfer for annual subscriptions. Prices may be changed at any time. The Client will be informed of any price change at least 30 days before it takes effect.

Monthly subscriptions are commitment-free and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are concluded for 12 months and are tacitly renewed unless cancelled with 30 days' notice before the anniversary date.

The Client retains ownership of all content (text, photos, data) they provide or enter into the platform. In case of cancellation, the Client can request an export of their data in a standard format.

The Provider undertakes to deliver quality service with 99.9% availability. In case of prolonged unavailability (over 24 consecutive hours), the Client may request compensation pro rata to the period of unavailability. The Provider shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of its services.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Provider's registered office jurisdiction.
